WHY BE
THERE?
|
Top 3 Reasons:
1. For starters, the War for Talent has long gone global - and your international competitors want more than their share of an already rare commodity: Human Capital!
2. If diversity was ever on your agenda, it now must have a specific raison d'être to survive criticism; beyond the right thing to do, diversity efforts must directly tie to the bottom-line for businesses.
3. This is a unique way to gain a huge competitive advantage in a world of increasing reach-out and accessibility challenges, in emerging and locally diverse or global marketplaces.
