Advertisements in Foreign Language TV Networks and Radio
Extensive sponsored links/advertising on all major search engines.
Plus, the list of exhibitors will be accessible by job seekers online and in the onsite Employers Guide. Sponsoring employers can extend their brand to reach the widest range of qualified diversity candidates, before, during and long after the event.

Q: What types of employers should participate?
A: Any organization interested in hiring foreign language-skilled, cross-culturally competent professionals and students will find great benefit in taking part in this unique event to meet local/international Top Diversity Talents, across industries and specialties.

Non-bilinguals are not excluded! In the absolute spirit of diversity & inclusion, and unlike most diversity events which tend to turn minority-exclusive, all candidates are absolutely welcome, whether or not they belong to minority groups. All employers are welcome!
At the request of some of our participating employers, we've even created a section on the exhibit floor for those quality candidates who may not be bilingual but seek to find better employment opportunities thru this forum.


Q: Who is allowed to be at the Global Diversity Career Expo & Multilingual Job Fair?
A: Aside from the registered employers, only authorized members partners and job seekers will be allowed.
Absolutely No solicitations/unauthorized materials distribution will be permitted.

Q: What is the Cancellation/Refund policy:
A: Should an exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the contracted exhibit space, he/she shall promptly notify exhibit management. All sums paid by the exhibitor, less 50 percent of the net contract price, will be refunded within 30 days, post-event.
No refund will be made for cancellations made 90 days or less from the event.

Q: How do I log into my account?
A: Enter the username and password that you chose during registration into the employer's log in fields on MultiLingualPros.com.

Q: I am having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?
A: If you have forgotten your login information, click here to have the information emailed to your main contact. If you are still having trouble logging into your account, please email Support@MultiLingualPros.com.

Q: What should I do about shipping display and exhibit supplies for the Global Diversity Career Expo & Multilingual Job Fairs?
A: Once registered, you will receive an electronic information package followed by the Official Sponsor/Exhibitor's Kit which will address shipping and other arrangements for all exhibitors.

Q:
What accommodations are available for Sponsors and Exhibitors?
A: Room blocks are usually secured for sponsors and exhibitors. Shuttle buses will take sponsors and exhibitor from official hotels to the Global Diversity Career Expo & Multilingual Job Fair, and back, for the entire duration of the event. More information covering accommodations will be included in your Sponsor/Exhibitor Kit.

Q: I just registered. How do I post my FREE job openings?
A: Once you are registered for the Global Diversity Career Expo & Multilingual Job Fair, you can log into your account on MultiLingualPros.com and post your jobs. You will receive credit equivalent to the number of free job posting coming with your package.

Q: Can I select my booth location?
A: While Sponsors are given priority for prime exhibit space selection, exhibitors will also be given the possibility to choose their space - exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis only. MultiLingualPros.com will make the best efforts to meet all request as possible.

Q: How do I know where my booth is located?
A: Please log in and follow appropriate links to the online event floor plan.

Will I have Internet access at the convention?
A:
Internet Access will be provided at the Exhibitors Lounge and other spots on the convention. Exhibitors can also order Internet access at their own booths. Speak with a representative or include in your Optional Order Form upon registration.

Q:
What if I need Internet hookup, phone lines, or audiovisual equipment and other additional items in my booth?
A:
Most items not included in your package will be available for order using the Optional Order Form, online or in-print.
Please speak with your representative if you need help.

Q: When can I setup and dismantle  my booth?
A:
Employers are normally allowed on the exhibit floor two hours prior to events' start for setup.
Please refer to the "Agenda" and "Terms and Conditions for Participation" for booth setup/dismantling details. Additional information will included in your Sponsor/Exhibitor Kit.

Q: How do I secure private interview booths?
A: Private Interview booths are available on first come, first-served basis only - space is limited. Employers in need of this option are required to indicate the number of private interview booths they wish to reserve while the option is still available. Please, make your request at time of registration.


Q: How do I complete my employer profile and submit my FREE 100-word for the online and onsite Employers Guide?
A: After you register and secure your Global Diversity Career Expo & Multilingual Job Fair Booth, take advantage of this FREE offer. Complete your profile online and submit no later than March 1st for inclusion in the on-site Exhibits Guide.

Q: What is a premium booth?
A: Premium booths are strategically located near high traffic areas. While the floor will be laid out in the most optimal way for maximum floor navigation and booths visits by candidates for all employers, Sponsors will have prime booth location for increased visibility during this unique event. 


Q: What if we require a larger booth?
A: If you anticipate that you will need larger exhibit space, you can , at the time of registration, ask to have the exact number of booth you require. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: Can I ship booth materials ahead of time?
A:
Participants may ship display units and materials. Further shipping instructions will be included in your Sponsor/Exhibitor Kit.


Q: I plan to have a large display at the booth. Should I bring these displays with me or should I ship them in advance?
A:
You may bring your display with you. But larger display/booth will require more time to setup. We strongly recommend you ship your packages in advance so that on setup day, your material is waiting for you at your booth. 

Q: How many candidates do you anticipate at the Global Diversity Career Expo & Multilingual Job Fair?
A: Over 10,000 Diversity Candidates are expected at the Global Diversity Career Expo & Multilingual Job Fair. As we advance closer to the date of this unique event, you can contact Mohamed Ly or any event representative for confirmed attendance. The attendees will be closely surveyed


Q: Please explain the registration rates to attend the fair.
A: Based on the size of your space, your registration covers up to 3 recruiters per 10 x 10 section. There is an additional fee if an organization chooses to bring more recruiters than allowed by participation level. Registration fees also cover the recruiters' continental breakfast and lunch throughout the event. For more information, please refer to the Sponsor/Exhibitor's Prospectus.

Q:
How can I ship my materials after the fair?
A: MultiLingualPros.com has made arrangement for pick-up and shipping after the event.
If possible, please complete your FedEx/UPS/DHL mailing labels/coupons in advance and bring them with you to the fair. For those who are unable to complete labels in advance, we will provide extra shipping labels, onsite. Please bring a copy of your organization's carrier account number for the shipping label. If you require special packaging for your shipment, please include these packaging items with the materials you plan to ship prior to the fair.

Q: Where should we park?

A: To maximize attendance for the benefit of participating employers, these unique event (job fairs and career sessions) are absolutely FREE and open for all job seekers and students to attend.

A: Yes, lunch voucher will be provided for all company representatives.
